Appreciated the smaller more personable dealership. The truck was exactly what I expected after seeing it online and in good condition. There wasn’t a lot of wiggle room on the price but they did meet me in the middle which was appreciated. Seth was great to work with and punctual in calls and texts!

I learned about AAG from a referral and Suyin is the best. She works with you and will answer all your questions. She is patient and doesn’t pressure you into making any decisions. She and Shawn are a great team and please ask for Su when you go to AAG she’s the best!

I purchased a 2015 Lexus RC350 from Accelerate Auto Group. This was both my first financed car purchase, and my first out of state purchase altogether. Accelerate Auto facilitated everything without it being anywhere near as painful as I expected it to be. From negotiation, to financing, to the paperwork, the shipping, everything. It was all smooth, with excellent communication between myself, Colby (the salesperson who assisted me), Shawn (their financial department director). They were clear about the terms of the purchase, did not play mind games with me, and answered any questions/complied with all of my requests without issue. I asked Colby if he could get me detailed photos of the underbody, suspension, rear steering module, etc. Had it lifted just for that. Done. I asked how it was to be shipped, and he explained how the process works to me. I'm extremely impressed with them overall, and their selection of vehicles (mine included) seem to be handled with care and attention before someone even asks about it. No neglected junkers on this lot. If they have something you're looking for, you can be sure that it's been taken care of. My only problems were two things: 1: The trucker they hired delayed my delivery twice (which wasn't AAG'S fault). It was picked up Wednesday, scheduled for delivery Thursday...and arrived Saturday. Rarely communicated with me, and only did so when I proactively asked, so I went back to the dealership to see if they'd have better luck with them. Colby manage wrestle some answers out of them, and gave both the trucker AND the dispatcher a piece of his mind in my stead, which is appreciated. 2: Tank was empty on arrival, so my first drive in the vehicle was a trip to the petrol station. Colby apologized, asked for a picture of the receipt, and sent a check as soon as he could to reimburse me. And...that's it. Only two things even remotely close to problems. If they have something you want, near the price you want, I would recommend calling them-even if you're afraid of negotiating. They're polite, curtious, and will listen to what you have to say. Great job to everyone involved with my purchase. Thanks again.

I purchased a truck that was shipped across two states. The salesperson (Su) was amazing! She stayed in contact with me throughout the process and followed up after the truck was delivered. My only concerns were that the truck had a cigarette odor, which Su made some recommendations on how to resolve. I guess this is just a risk that you take when purchasing a vehicle that you haven't smelled in person. There was also a loose piece of bumper trim that I was able to fix myself. I also wish that the truck would have been better detailed. There was dirt and grime that obviously came from the truck's own tires, so it wasn't from transport. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend AAG.

I was just about to give up on finding an honest dealership to buy a car and I found Accelerator Auto Group. No hidden fees, no price changes when you get to the dealership no games, no sleazy used car salesman. Price is what you pay extremely easy to work with Shawn the F&I manger who went above and beyond to get my deal done. Zac and Becky were super helpful and answered all my questions really made the entire process super easy. Highly recommend purchasing from AAG over the big box dealerships in the area.

Overall positive experience at Accelerate Auto Group. Ask for Seth! I bought a 2015 Acura MDX from them that’s been running like new since I bought it in February. Remember to do your diligence before purchasing any used vehicle with any dealership. Upon request, they let met take the vehicle for a few hours for a used car inspection before finalizing the deal. Accelerate was even willing to fix the issues after I came back from the inspection.

Recently purchased a 2006 Pontiac Torrent from this group. Was a bit worried purchasing a nearly 20 year old vehicle. These guys have a service center nearby and showed me over 3500 worth of new parts put into the vehicle. Seth walked me through the process and had me out in under 2 hours. I had my mechanic inspect the vehicle and he said that they did an awesome job replacing the entire front end. So far I haven't had any issues. These guys do a good job. 10/10 would recommend.
